Emonics is committed to empowering youth, less privileged groups, and women. Which is why, Emonics wants to make high-quality education available to everyone. We provide education regardless of previous educational, living, and employment roadblocks.

Education is an essential component of our lives. Moreover, people advance in society only if they are educated, made aware, and gainfully employed. As a result, a solid and stable education system contributes significantly to the development of everyone. Emonics uses a well organized curriculum to enable underprivileged people to shape their future in a short time.

We are bringing together diverse voices as we care for their communities. Emonics values and promotes a diverse and inclusive professional community. We stand with them, support them, and take action to help them.

Gender Equity

We are here to close tech’s corrosive gender gap. Women, who make up half of the population in the United States, are still underrepresented in technology. Women account for only around 25% of technology workers. In our academy, we encourage hands-on tech study and exploration.

Returnships

We provide opportunities to women who want to return to IT or take IT as a career choice. Did you leave the workforce for childcare reasons, unsupportive working environments, or the pandemic? Want to start over and don’t know where to start their re-entry? Pursue your IT Dream job with our “Returnship” paid program.
